The Navy Reserve Officers Training Program (Navy ROTC) is a multi-year program that runs concurrently with a student’s normal college or university educational course of study. In addition to attending academic workload, students attend classes in Naval Science, participate in drill, physical training and other activities of a military officer. This 4-year scholarship can be used at UNC-CH, NC State, Duke as well as The Citadel, USC, Georgia State and other schools outside of North Carolina. Interested students should contact Staff Sgt.
