Meeting Schedule:

Board Meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month at 7pm in the Auditorium at the High School Campus, 2596 Robinwood Road, Gastonia NC 28054.  Any changes to the meeting schedule will be posted on this website, the school calendar site and on the doors of the High School campus.

Due to Covid19 all Board Meetings will be live streamed via Facebook and Youtube. Public comments may be submitted at this email address board_of_directors@pccharter.org

Public Comment Guidelines

Public comments allow stakeholders of PCCS to address the Board of Directors in a public forum.  We encourage public comments at Board Meetings and ask that you respectfully follow the guidelines.  Due to the current COVID restrictions the process and guidelines have been modified as follows:

  • To make a public comment, submit an email to board_of_directors@pccharter.org . Include your name, address, topic and comment.  State that you want the message read aloud during the public comments portion of the board meeting.

  • Public comments are traditionally limited to 3 minutes, please limit your written comment to 400 words.

  • The Board President may or may not ask clarifying questions via email before the Board meeting.

  • Public comments should be respectful and addressed to the Board as a whole.

  • The President of the Board may or may not respond to the comment during that board meeting.

  • If a Board response is necessary, the President of the Board will respond to the public comment at the next board meeting or as appropriate.  It is understood that some topics may warrant a faster response.

  • Public comments should be emailed no later than noon on the day of the board meeting.
